Our chefs know all of its secrets and have created a cooking lessons program to reveal them to you and to give you the chance to bring back home a precious piece of Gargano. We will do everything together! From the selection of the local raw material, always extremely fresh, to the presentation of the dish.
The only ingredient you will have t bring with you is your curiosity: a fundamental element in every kitchen of the world. Orecchiette pasta, pancotto (soup) with vegetables, stuffed mussels, Fava beans purée are just some of the characteristic dishes of this area and of the regional tradition. You will learn to prepare those dishes with us and your kitchen will smell like Puglia!
